    Job Description:

    The Project Manager lll role at OSJL partners with business and technical teams to deliver strategic projects that provide significant value to the Company. This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking the full lifecycle delivery of projects, including, but not limited to, project chartering, planning, requirements, design, build, test, deployment and support transition. This role requires a passion for achieving results while cultivating a strong team approach as well as the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and advise leadership on complex project details.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop project charters defining business value, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
    • Manage detailed project schedules, track issues/risks, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
    • Build resource plans, assign tasks, and collaborate with business leaders and peer Project Managers to identify project dependencies, resource allocation challenges, and organizational change management needs.
    • Plan and facilitate status meetings, work sessions, and other collaborative team meetings.
    • Provide direct oversight and direction to vendors
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate issue resolution, and develop corrective action plans.
    • Contribute to and advocate for business maturity by developing templates, processes, and training materials.
    • Leverage self direction and independent judgment to make critical project decisions.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision and utilize effective virtual communication methods.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or high level degree in Business Management, IT, or related field is required.
    • 6 or more years Project Management experience is required.
    • Certification in Project Management is strongly preferred.
    • Applied knowledge of package implementations, software development life cycle, and agile delivery methodology.
    • Strong presentation, organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient with Smartsheet or equivalent scheduling software programs.
    • Ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations.
    • Ability to effectively lead and manage project teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently on multiple medium and large size projects.
    • Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Work Environment:

    • Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard
    • potential.
    • Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.
