Senior Director of Facilities Management – Healthcare

HealthCare Support is seeking a Senior Director of Facilities Management to fill an opening with a large Health System in Colorado!

Daily Responsibilities for Senior Director of Facilities Management :

• Provides leadership for system-wide healthcare facilities management.
• Oversees operational budgets for healthcare facility maintenance
• Collaborates with operational leaders, facilities management, and other support departments to oversee engineering, maintenance, and grounds across the entire health system
• 100% Onsite position

Required Qualifications for Senior Director of Facilities Management :

• More than 7 years of experience in operations maintenance, fire and life safety compliance, energy management, and facility infrastructure planning in a Health System/Hospital setting, overseeing multiple sites
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Systems, or a related field

Pay Details:

• $145,000 - $230,000 annually
