About your Role:

As a Program Director, you will manage all aspects of the program in accordance with all licensing standards and policies. Conducting staff meetings and providing individual supervision to develop and monitor procedures ensuring compliance with agency, state and federal requirements. This role requires travel of approximately 50% of the time.

Does the following apply to you?

• Master’s Degree in a Human Service field i.e. Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling etc.
• Active or in process of obtaining First Aid Certification
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
• Current Driver’s License in good standing with a good driving record; along with active personal vehicle registration and insurance

Preferred but not required:

• Licensed in a Mental Health filed of service
