Surgical Neurophysiologist performs testing and monitoring of the nervous system during surgery to assist the surgeons in avoiding or reducing complications such as paralysis, hearing loss, or stroke. Conducts Electroencephalograms, Electromyographies, Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials, direct nerve testing, and other modalities intraoperatively, and communicates findings to the operating room team. Being a Surgical Neurophysiologist typically requires a bachelor's degree in related area. Requires Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) from the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists. The front office receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive, welcoming experience to our patients and their families! The individual hired into this role will greet patients and their families, answer and route incoming calls, complete insurance verification as needed, cash collections and the correct handling of patient charts.
The starting rate for this role is between $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
