Surveillance Operations Manager jobs in Hawaii
Surveillance Operations Manager manages and directs the surveillance department. Organizes routine random surveillances and audits surveillance as required. Being a Surveillance Operations Manager ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Works with security team to resolve problems and disturbances. Additionally, Surveillance Operations Manager may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Surveillance Operations Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Surveillance Operations Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Resident Manager AOAO is looking for a Security Guard to join our team in Honolulu, HI.
Position Overview:
The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical strength, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires a security guard who is able to perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential Functions:
- Protects property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and controlling access at all times
- Reports all incidents to management in a timely manner. Provides assistance to personnel in need, assists in loading and unloading vehicles, assists in general maintenance of property and equipment, assists in loading/unloading trucks, assists in loading supplies/materials on/off site as needed, checks on deliveries as well as monitoring surveillance of site, assists in general upkeep of property and equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a guard card to apply and previous security experience is a plus.
