OBSERVE, ALERT, REPORT

Respond to incoming video alarm signals in accordance with Inet's standard operating procedures (SOP).

Dispatch appropriate authorities having jurisdiction as required per SOP.

Notify customers of alerts and/or dispatches as per SOP.

Recognize system issues with monitored sites and/or software and create support tickets.

We design, manufacture, install, service and monitor our patented surveillance systems. Inet monitors thousands of it's systems throughout the country. We provide security to large publicly held corporations, government entities, utilities, public infrastructures. We stop crime on every shift. Our surveillance systems and highly trained and effective monitoring station succeed where others fail.

Position is technical in nature and requires comfort and proficiency with computers and software.

Inet will fully train on all software and state required licensing will be through Inet.

Responsibilities:

- Proficiently and accurately follow Inet's Standard Operating Procedure

- Accurately and timely process video alarms

- Effectively communicate to dispatch applicable emergency response service(s)

- Effectively communicate with customers and other staff

- Effectively and accurately document all incidents

- Dependable and show up to shift on time

- Professional attitude and demeanor

- Capable of sitting and looking at computer screens for extended periods of time

Eligibility Requirements:

- Background check/drug test

- Ability to work evening and/or nights, 4 pm -12 am or 12 am – 8 am (inclusive of weekends and holidays)

- High School diploma

- Ability to work 44-hour weeks to include one 12-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
