Cranleigh STEM is working with a leading pharmaceutical and drug delivery business in Pennsylvania that develops innovative technologies that improve the effectiveness, safety, and convenience of drug administration.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join its team on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead the growth of my client’s pharmaceutical product lines by marketing existing products and developing new ones.
You will devise successful pricing strategies, understand the pharmaceutical market, and clearly define their target markets and value proposition.
Your goal is to meet their exceed targets for sales revenue, cost of goods sold, manufacturing costs, and operating profit.
Location: York County, Pennsylvania
Salary: $140,000 - $165,000

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally and with integrity.
- Develop a network of potential clients and identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities.
- Lead the market-backed strategy development process.
- Outline and execute the future technology, strategic, and sales growth roadmap.
- Secure joint ventures and strategic commercial partnerships to grow sales.
- Manage key strategic opportunities before handing them off to Sales.
- Create new work plans.
- Attend 8-10 conferences/tradeshows annually to secure partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Manage key customer engagement and coordinate interactions with customers.
- Organize customer information to enhance business efficiency.
- Provide accurate period and annual forecasts and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals and monitor key metrics.
- Formulate and manage pricing strategies to optimize value.
- Negotiate customer contracts and supply agreements.
- Participate in annual and long-range business planning.
- Effectively communicate business status within and across divisions.
- Conduct all activities professionally and embrace the 6S LEAN culture.
- Present at tradeshows and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or business discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience with FDA-regulated businesses and FDA 21 CFR 211 compliance.
- Familiarity with DEA regulations for controlled substances (Schedules II-V).
- 5 years of business development and sales experience in pharmaceuticals or drug delivery, preferably with transdermal and oral thin film applications.
- Ability to analyze market landscapes and implement penetration strategies.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, selling, and customer management skills.
- Experience negotiating joint venture partnerships and customer agreements.
- Work 100% onsite.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with customers during product development.
- Proficiency with standard desktop software applications.
- Ability to travel over 50% of the time, including internationally.
