The Operator is responsible for providing telecommunications assistance to the public, physicians, staff, patents, families and visitors of Stamford Health.
Responsibilities will include assessing and appropriately managing and responding to customer's information needs in an accurate, expeditious, courteous and competent manner, initiating and announcing emergency codes, sending out alerts, providing assistance with pagers, maintenance of hospital directories, as well as training and fax distribution.
