The Inside Sales & Administration Manager role will be the primary point of contact for Lebronze Alloys North America.
In this role, there are several distinct functional responsibilities; Inside Sales and Finished Inventory Management (Buyer & AP/AR). Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of IT. They must have excellent Customer Service and organizational skills.

Description:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding accurately and promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with colleagues and customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing quotes, orders, invoices.
Also nice to have (or to be developed):
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Developing & or providing feedback on the customer service process.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Manage inventory to meet the business needs
Manage Purchase Orders & Receiving process.
Maintain accurate and updated records
Keep AP & AR current (manage a consistent process to pay payables and process receivables)
Develop and maintain accurate and updated records
Responding appropriately to a supplier, customer and internal requests.

Profile required:
Experience level: 5 years
High School diploma is required, more education and experience is generally preferred.
Ability to stay calm when customers, colleagues or suppliers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers (skilled in use of Excel, Outlook, ERP, MRP, CRM).
Autonomous with high level of attention to detail; preference to those that understand process
Occasional domestic and/or international travel.
