    A day in the life (a general sampling of the things you may do in a given day):

    • Act in a PM role.
    • Provide day-to-day program management and execution within the stated goals, objectives, and direction of the Government Point of Contact and/or COR.
    • Ensure thorough and effective program and project planning and programming development and documentation through timely, detailed, and well-researched responses to queries.
    • Ensure accurate documentation outlining costs, schedule, and performance as well as concerns/issues to be addressed.
    • Ensure successful resource protection.
    • Meet internal and external suspense dates.
    • Provide Weekly Activities Report, monthly status summary report, monthly funding status report as part of the monthly invoice, updates at milestone completion, and Final Report at project end.
    • Ensure effective, efficient, timely, and technically competent support to others (others associated contractors, Federal agencies, work centers, etc.) when requested by the GPOC/COR.
    • Ensure all deliveries are received and logged.
    • Provide cost-effective recommendations.
    • Drive continuous improvement.


    What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):

    • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
    • Preferred PMP certification or MBA
    • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of construction related services and either superintendence or senior construction management experience
    • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing or working on a Job Order Contract and a positive past performance overseeing multiple projects of varying complexity with successful completion of those projects on time and within budget.
    • Have the ability to commit the Contractor, respond to all the various types of service support for the JOC, and not delay proposal responses to the Government.
    • Coordinate all Contractor personnel and Tasks and facilitate any required conflict resolution measures.
