Apex Systems is currently looking for a Business Planning Support Analyst to join a well-established client in the southern Denver area!

You will be working with a reputable and renowned client that is constantly working towards competitive innovation.

Job Title: Business Planning Support Analyst

Duration: Long term contract, potential to extend and/or convert

Pay rate: $30-35/hr. W2

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite requirements: 3-4 days on-site, 1-2 days work from home per week

Job responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with cross-department and inter-department personnel (e.g., process owners, business planners, hiring managers, contingent labor, procurements, etc.) to ensure the execution of processes, validate the completion of tasks, identify opportunities for process improvement, and report blockers to management.
• Write, maintain, and improve both internal and external documentation, including processes, procedures, policies, approval flowcharts, PowerPoint decks, quarterly summaries, and team website. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in policies or processes.
• Analyze processes and controls and help determine whether operating standards are established and achieved within the functional organization.
• Participate in task tracking, testing, and submission reviews related to data governance.
• Contribute to data governance reports, metrics, status, charts, graphs, and presentations.
• Assist in planning and executing of annual audit activities.
• Perform other duties/ad hoc reporting as requested by management.

• General Business, Business Strategy, or Finance/Accounting degree
• Must have very strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Must be able to do the below functions: VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, ISERROR, SUMIF/COUNTIF, CONCATENATE
