Summary:
SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator participates in all aspects of the talent acquisition process for assigned bank and division positions and ensures that all steps in the process are in compliance with established guidelines and regulations. This includes but is not limited to processing online job applications, assessing and screening applicant qualifications, reviewing prior convictions, building partnerships with HR and hiring managers, and tracking applicant information for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) compliance. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator examines the credit history of qualified applicants and determines if applicants meet established guidelines. The incumbent must utilize all confidential information in a professional manner and possess the ability to interpret information and make decisions with discretion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Publish and manage internal/external job postings for assigned bank and division positions on the Arvest website while following posting policy, including advising local HR and hiring managers on posting options.
2. Administer hiring processes within the applicant tracking system (ATS) including posting jobs, updating candidate records and statuses, tracking hiring activities, and maintaining data integrity within the ATS-ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Process applicants using the applicant tracking system by evaluating qualifications, reviewing conviction information for bondability and analyzing consumer credit reports according to posting procedures.
4. Examine employment credit reports with adverse items and determine the appropriate disposition based on internal guidelines. Evaluate credit issues including credit suppression/freezes and social security number discrepancies. Assist applicants with adverse credit in the dispute process, as needed. Ensure necessary documentation is obtained in order to determine if it is appropriate to overturn adverse decisions. Notify applicants in accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines regarding disposition of application as it relates to credit information.
5. Respond to escalated calls and provide problem resolution. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Support Manager and local HR to resolve problems or issues, when appropriate.
6. Conduct a high volume of telephone prescreens of applicants. Provide feedback and information on candidates to local HR and managers and communicate with applicants, as needed.
7. Work collaboratively with other members of the team. Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and activities, as needed or assigned. Share best practices and provide guidance and training to members of the team.
8. Interpret policies and provide guidance and assistance to all levels of management according to federal and state laws, Arvest policies, procedures, and best practices providing legally defensive documentation for hiring practices.
9. Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) compliance, including accurately dispositioning, tracking and reporting on job applicants. Responsible for documentation and AAP files being maintained in a manner complying with policy, employment laws and OFCCP regulations.
10. Provide hiring process guidance and support to hiring managers and HR. Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for applicants, HR, and hiring managers. Maintain highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive data/information.
11. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
