    Responsibilities:

    • Directly partner with the organization's leaders and management team to understand and grow talent pipelines and recruit for key positions.
    • Partner with Director of HR to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruitment goals for current and upcoming openings.
    • Provide Supervision to Talent Acquisition Staff
    • Attend Recruitment Strategy Meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the positions impact on the business and career path.
    • Phone screen candidates to assess skills, competencies, aptitude, cultural fit, compensation expectations and interest level.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and deploy organization-wide recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the organization.
    • Manage & Administer recruitment strategies to include social media, company website, job boards, career fairs, and other relevant advertising efforts related to recruiting.
    • Develop and maintain candidate activity by applicant tracking and provide reports on employment activity to the Director of Human Resources
    • Establish strong relationships with external talent sources, including colleges and universities, trade schools, especially those with specialized programs.
    • Responsible for providing a positive end-to-end candidate experience (from sourcing to on-boarding).
    • Screen and interview applicants; continuously work to improve the selection process by implementing new tools, interview guides, assessments, and interview training with the end goal of improving the overall candidate selection results.
    • Coach and guide the hiring manager through the recruiting process to facilitate quality hire in a timely manner.
    • Provide compensation recommendations based on applicants' experience and qualifications.
    • Extend verbal and written contingent job offers and Facilitate orientation of new employees.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions.
    • Maintain employee referral program.
    • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of staffing goals.
    • Work with HR Team members for onboarding and training.
    • Schedule and maintain the calendar for the interviewer and candidates.
    • Update our ATS and tracking systems daily.
    • Solicit feedback on all candidates.
    • Assess the personality and characteristics of candidates to ensure all hires will integrate well within our culture. Balance culture and skills.
    • Emphasize employee empowerment and educate candidates on the benefits of working at our firm.
    • Enhance our screening and interviewing process using best practices.
    • Enhance our scorecard approach and make recommendations on how we can make the process more effective.
    • Provide reporting that measures the success of each source, how many applicants were screened, interviewed, hired, and the retention rate.
    • Make recommendations on how we can improve on retention.

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or a related field or related experience preferred.
    • Working knowledge of a law firm is a plus.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing talent in a law firm is preferred.
    • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies via social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
    • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, with both management and candidates.
    • Knowledge of Paychex ATS or other applicant tracking systems.
    • Knowledge of compensation and best practices.
    • Critical evaluation and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Detailed oriented.
    • Able to handle sensitive employee issues and keep confidential.
