Earn $100K annually, as you run your full desk!

*Fully Remote Position*

Pay for Performance, 1099 compensation.

Your Role:

• We’re a growing organization and looking for Recruiters that are well-versed in client prospecting and outreach by phone.

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in locating candidates and filling high impact positions for our clients.

• Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.

• Prospect candidates and clients to build long-term relationships.

• Act as the liaison with key business decision makers.

• Pay for Performance, 1099 compensation – very aggressive commission structure with income opportunities throughout the client's lifecycle.

• There are no caps on earnings, and no draws.

• Receive the tools and comprehensive training to be successful.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current or former Talent Acquisition Specialist experience.

• 2 years working for a Staffing Agency. (Full Desk experience preferred)

• 2 years new business client prospecting or B2B sales

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive and results-driven.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
