Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PLI, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent in a timely and efficient manner. You will contribute to the overall improvement of our talent acquisition process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the position and company culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the ATS
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires as needed
