Responsibilities of the Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist :

• Conducting full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including writing and posting job ads, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews through various mediums, and extending offers to successful candidates
• Comprehensive tracking and management of candidates through multiple sources
• Maintaining consistent communication with the hiring g teams to provide updates on positions

Requirements of the Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist :

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable navigating through various software system
• A customer service mindset
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role

Salary

$22.00- $27.00 / hour
