The ability to leverage TA metrics, and build new, and enhance existing TA policies, will guarantee success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the TA strategy to attract and retain top talent at all levels in the organization
• Work closely with leadership to further develop a collaborative culture
• Provide leadership and oversee an effective recruitment program that includes innovative sourcing, effective screening, while leveraging available tools
• Develop data-driven strategies and processes to include successful end-to-end recruiting, and talent forecasting and pipelining
• Cultivate a strong service-oriented rapport with leaders and other internal partners, based on a high level of collaboration to understand and achieve short- and mid-term hiring needs
• Manage and provide support for best-in-class TA processes and tool kits in connection to sourcing, screening, selection criteria, hiring, and onboarding of employees
• Create and maintain strong measurement of recruiting metrics and outcomes to provide data-driven and actionable insights
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on TA in a competitive landscape

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
• Financial industry experience preferred
• PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team, and work effectively with business and support units
• Regulatory and compliance experience including familiarity with labor laws
