    General Function:
    The Director of Operations will work closely with the Medical Director, Clinic Manager, and department heads to lead, develop, and improve processes that support the delivery of care to our patients. This role will be instrumental in deploying initiatives to drive strategic growth, enhance the quality of care, and implement innovative care models within the market.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Direct and oversee operational growth initiatives, including the implementation of new service lines and marketing activities.
    • Manage organizational operational responsibilities, such as process improvement, compliance, and risk management.
    • Supervise, evaluate, and train departmental staff to ensure effective operations of the cancer center.
    • Participate in reviewing and maintaining ancillary services and contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
    • Standardize services, processes, and resources to improve efficiency.
    • Define and achieve financial targets to support the institution's business goals.
    • Evaluate organizational functions and structures to optimize resource allocation.
    • Establish service standards compatible with achieving financial goals.
    • Support the strengthening of an organizational culture that provides a safe and satisfying environment for employees and meets patient needs.
    • Adhere to internal policies and procedures for effective knowledge management.
    • Support implementation of initiatives led by other department heads to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of recent Oncology senior leadership and management experience.
    • Ten (10) years of senior healthcare management experience preferred.
    • Extensive experience with project management, analytics, and communication skills.
    • Experience managing growth initiatives and employee management.
    • Preference given to candidates with recognized certification or formal training in leadership, project management, analytics, or operations management.
