Assistant Attorney General: The West Virginia Attorney General’s Office seeks an attorney to join the Tax, Revenue, Claims Commission, and Transportation Division. Ideal candidates will have been practicing law for 5 to 8 years. Experience with tax law is preferred as well as litigation experience, excellent academic and professional credentials; superior oral and written communication skills; outstanding legal research, analytical, and legal reasoning skills; and, the ability to function with minimal guidance in a demanding legal environment.
Candidates must also have an active WV law license or be eligible for admission.
