As the Bookkeeping Manager, you will:- Ensure timely completion of bookkeeping tasks by reviewers.
- Enforce adherence to company processes within the bookkeeping department.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive company culture.
- Ensure timely distribution of monthly financial statements to clients.
- Provide consistent training to bookkeeping staff.
- Oversee completion of all bookkeeping projects and tasks by due dates.
- Manage client satisfaction with their bookkeeper.
- Conduct or assign regular bookkeeping huddles.
- Research and implement the best tools and software for bookkeeping services.
- Manage team skill sets and workloads to ensure proper task distribution.
- Communicate and document process improvements.
- Continuously innovate to improve efficiencies and accuracy.
