Teaching Assistant (College) jobs in South Dakota

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, part-time, Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the children in providing a nurturing and educational environment, ensure safety and schedule policies are followed, and enjoy helping children grow and learn! Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:15 - 6:15 p.m. Additional hours are available if desired. Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities:
- Support students in their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed

-Support closing responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in a daycare, childcare, or educational setting
- Familiarity with preschool care practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to assist in classroom activities and support student learning
