Teaching Assistant
We are searching for a Teaching Assistant to work in full days Monday through Friday. We've been serving the Upper Valley and surrounding communities for over 30 years. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 Years Experience in Early Education preferred
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Work Directly with a Lead Teacher in one of our three classrooms
• Ability to communicate and interact with young children.
• Complete a minimum of 15 hours of professional development and update a professional development plan annually.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment that provides for the well-being of the children.
• Help coordinate and set up program activities each day, including free play, inside and outside play, snack, story time and projects.
• Collaborate with Director and Lead Teachers in supervising, curriculum planning, and maintaining classroom environment.
• Provide support to both children and parents as the need arises.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
