The IT Service Desk Manager ensures team members are trained and coached on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, deliver solutions, and access the current product or technical updates. Manages the staff and operations of an organization's technical help desk. Being an IT Service Desk Manager identifies and gathers key metrics to analyze the help desk performance and identify problem areas. Trains the team on the help desk systems and tools to identify, document, track, and resolve reported problems. In addition, IT Service Desk Manager monitors and measures service metrics and volume to develop standards, improvements, or changes to workflows and resource allocation. Acts as an escalation point and facilitator for severe, critical, or unique issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The IT Service Desk Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as an IT Service Desk Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Pay: $16.28 Hour with an additional $2 Attendance Incentive*

    Benefits Starting Day 1:

    · June $500 Joining Bonus-$100 after 30 days, $200 after 60 days, $200 after 90 days. *

    · Paid Training AND $2 Attendance Incentive for Agents who work over 72 hours of the 80 hours scheduled in a pay period; we pay bi-weekly on Fridays.

    Responsibilities:

    · Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.

    · Maintain strong knowledge of our DISH products, accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.

    · Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.

    · Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.

    All candidates must have:

    · High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

    · Over the age of 18.

    · An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset.

    · A desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    · Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus.

    · Willingness to work flexible schedules. 40 hours per week with OT based on business needs that can fall anywhere within our hours of operation, 7 days a week-5:00 AM-9:00 PM.

    · Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve. Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating customer tools.
