Job Description
The Dental Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, fostering quality patient care, developing dental strategy, goals, and direction across a defined region or regions and multiple brands. In this critical role you will develop strategic plans to foster a culture of collaboration, clinical innovation, and efficiency that will led to developing best in class care for the patients we serve.
In this role you will be leading efforts to develop patient facing clinical and operational staff, providing direction for the recruitment and retention of the dental staff to improve patient care.
