REQUIREMENT
Sales Manager responsible for generating new sales in the automotive industry. Collaborates with all NA facilities to provide support and direction to the team. A natural leader who can be part of a team and contribute to a winning company culture. Generates profitable sales growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES- High performing, professional salesperson.
- Must be able to generate profitable revenue growth in core competency markets.
- Natural leader who develops, leads, and inspires professionals.
- 50% travel in NA.
- Develop and responsible for creating and driving a strong sales strategy focused on the automotive markets.
- Develop and penetrate markets such as: Commercial Truck, Automotive (Seating, EV, Hybrid, Brake) OEM's and Tier I's.
- Ability to negotiate, secure and close new large business contract sales on an annual basis.
- Drives strong part margins and efficient closure of customer commercial issues.
- Hunter mentality focused on growing the automotive markets in North America for fineblanked and conventionally stamped parts.
- Develops growth within the existing and new OEM and Tier I Automotive customer base.
- Client, Allison, Ford Motor Co., General Motors, Stellantis, Linamar, Tesla, Bosch, Benteler, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- Positive leadership skills. World class teaming skill. Strong communication skills
- Experience and knowledge selling in the automotive market.
- Ability to develop customer specific value add propositions. Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Strong account management background including effective negotiating skills.
ORGANIZATION- Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
