As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, QC, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, and mailroom duties. Also support with basic troubleshooting on the printers/copiers (clearing paper jams, changing the toner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related work experience (technical, fulfillment, warehouse, etc.).
- Basic experience with Ms. Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Pay range: $18 - $20/ hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm).
Duties:
- Support copy/print production.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with equipment.
- Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
- Present a clean and organized working area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
