We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Position Overview: As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be the backbone of our internal operations, providing crucial support to various departments. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize office operations, including quote and order entry, arranging freight and filing documents.

2. Provide administrative support to department heads.

3. Assist in preparing reports and documents as needed.

4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

6. Take on special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

2. Proven experience in support or a similar role.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

8. Analyze and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

9. Mechanically inclined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
