Position Overview:
Mobile Air, a division of Resolute Industrial, is hiring an ambitious, proactive sales team member to lead the company’s efforts in developing our Sales Markets. Supported by one of the nation’s largest and most diverse climate control rental fleet, this go-getter will lead Mobile Air’s expansion into a market by developing and cultivating new relationships and further penetrate existing accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to grow our business within the following markets: Mechanical Contracting, General Contracting, Construction, Property Management, Healthcare, Industrial Accounts, IT, and among others.

To be qualified, all applicants should have:
- 3-5 years proven Outside Sales track record
- A Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering, Technical, Marketing or Business preferred
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
- Must be able to make direct personnel sales calls to our targeted customer base throughout the entirety of the market area
- Requirement of 90% time dedicated in the field with customers conducting sales calls
The ideal candidate will have:
- Commercial and/or industrial product sales experience within the HVAC rental business preferred
- Professional selling, structured sales process and pipeline management experience is recommended
- A basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems and components and how they work
- Personal experience and understanding of the construction contracting, engineering process, and owner direct selling process is desired
- Additional vertical market experience in Healthcare, Higher-Ed, Industrial / Manufacturing and CRE
- A competitive drive with a will to be a winner
