About the Role:

This is your chance to become the go-to tech guru, responsible for everything from building secure networks to fixing printer jams. You'll wear many hats in this fast-paced role, acting as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and liaison between IT and the rest of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Champion Security: Propose and implement security enhancements, manage the Information Security Program, and act as the primary contact for security audits.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure smooth technology operations.
• Master of Systems: Manage networks, storage, firewalls, internet providers, and more, coordinating seamlessly with the Managed Security Service Provider.
• Help Desk Dynamo: Respond to IT requests efficiently, diagnose hardware and software issues, and escalate when needed.
• Tech Magician: Set up workstations, install software, manage user access, and handle phone systems, mobile devices, printers, and even meeting AV/laptops.

You Bring:

• 3-4 years of IT support experience.
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent PC troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows workstations, Office 365 Admin portal, and Office applications.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus and ability to work with diverse users.
• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend work.
