The training class start date is JULY 8.*_This is a 4 week class Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. *_

You'll receive a stipend as an incentive for taking the class.

This is not a job but an opportunity to receive training in the solar installation field; as well as resume assistance, interview prep, job placement assistance, and more. This training and other services are free.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

- Electrical energy fundamentals

- Safety standards related to solar and storage

- Solar and storage installation basics

- Steps to commission a solar storage system

- Common solar and storage maintenance tasks

- Solar site evaluation

- Customer service excellence

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

- Workplace safety (OSHA-10, CPR/First Aid/)

- Construction basics

- Industry-recognized certifications in Solar and Storage Installation

- Wrap-around supports during and after training

- Job placement support

- Weekly stipend while in training

Training Specifics: Must be 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be comfortable with heights (climbing roofs), and exposed to various external elements and weather. Four-week course, 40 hours per week.
