Overall description. Under the direction of the Director of Guest Services, the Ticket Office Supervisor (the supervisor) manages all operations within the Ticket Office, supervises 2-3 staff, services visitors, coordinate school and group tours, and facilitates communication on Iolani Palace tours. The supervisor is expected to represent the Iolani Palace in the most positive manner and interact with the public with courtesy and professionalism.
