Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform precision machining.

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select appropriate tools, attachments, and materials for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC lathe machines and related equipment
- Strong knowledge of tooling, including the use of various cutting tools and inserts
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in using hand tools for fabrication purposes
- Knowledge of machining principles, including milling, drilling, and turning operations
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for programming purposes
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions
