Primary Functions : Process titles, UCC filing and other security instruments to perfect the credit union's lien.

Qualifications
Education : High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education : Not Applicable
Experience / Skills : Six months general office experience which includes direct customer contact. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency at typing, at least 45 wpm, and a knowledge of personal computers required.
Tenure : Consumer Lending Title Specialist II or III, Category 13 or 12, requires meeting proven acceptable performance standards as established by management.
Directly related work experience and / or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.

Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
