We are seeking a skilled Title Abstractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in title processing, real estate law, and possess strong research skills.
**Duties:**
- Conduct thorough title searches and examinations
- Analyze and interpret deeds, mortgages, plats, and other documents related to property titles
- Identify any issues that may affect the title or property ownership
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports based on research findings
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Utilize GIS software for mapping and data analysis
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the title search process
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a Title Abstractor or similar role
- Proficiency in GIS software for mapping and analysis
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and real estate law
- Excellent research abilities to gather and analyze information accurately
