Our Title Examiner/Searcher position will be responsible for assessing the validity and predicting the severity of title defects, analyzing and settling claims resulting from title defects. This position will perform searches for real estate titles, real estate records, tax documentation, and other research related to escrow and title closings to prepare property reports.
