    In this role, you will…

    • Schedule and coordinate closings
    • Request, review, and/or update: real estate property taxes, homeowner and condo insurance, payoffs, condo/HOA fees, final water/sewer bills, commission statements
    • Prepare files for closing: print lender documents, coordinate lender and title documents, prepare documents for buyers/sellers and balance/prepare disbursement sheet in order for checks to print properly
    • Ensure that plot plans are ordered and received in a timely manner if required
    • Maintain a critical dates schedule and monitor all parties involved to ensure deadlines are met
    • Serve as resource for purposes of fielding inquiries for title quotes and estimates
    • Responsible for ensuring closing schedule is accurate
    • Review daily reports with team to ensure completion of assigned team duties and work with manager to ensure coverage of outstanding duties
    • Assist with coverage for colleagues and paid time off coverage
    • Make meaningful connections as primary point of contact via telephone, e-mail, and in person for all parties associated with each transaction including but not limited to: Lenders, real estate professionals, Buyers, Sellers, Builders/Contractors and Attorneys
    • Assist with other departments as needed

    • Previous experience in real estate or title industry preferred
    • Professional attitude and appearance

    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
