Tool Crib Attendant jobs in Ohio

Reports To: Purchasing Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: To keep an updated supply of tooling machining supplies to ensure that all departments and equipment are kept running smoothly. Assist in troubleshooting problem areas with tooling and maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Ordering tooling and sourcing specialty tooling for the different manufacturing departments throughout the shop, while keeping within budget.

-Monitoring and tracking the use of the tools and re-ordering as needed.

-Working with engineering to give feedback to vendors for any new substitute tooling that is used.

-Dispensing tooling and shop supplies as needed to employees.

-Organizing the tool crib area at all times.

-Receiving daily UPS deliveries; opening and verifying the received deliveries to the packing lists, including visually inspecting deliveries for any defects or damage.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
