This Program Manager (PM) will oversee all aspects of program operations in a residential setting to include ensuring high level services are consistently provided, and that all regulations related to licensing and MaineCare rules are followed.
The PM will lead and support a team of staff, monitor /maintain finances related to the program, manage/monitor the schedule, and ensure staffing levels are sufficient for resident needs.

Excellent written and verbal skills are required. Ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills are necessary. Previous management experience in a similar residential setting is highly desirable.
This is a Full-time exempt (salaried) position, reporting to the Regional Director of Behavioral Health Services.
