- Minimum 7 years of experience in food, ingredient, or flavor industry; 2 years in the field of expertise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related disciplines; Master's Degree preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 30% travel may be required.
- Position requires working in the lab/pilot plant 5 days/week.
