We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies to build and promote fashion brands.
In this role you’ll be charged with weekly marketing initiatives, brand development, social media management, content creation, partnership development, and market analytics.
Key Responsibilies:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategic brand plans
- Develop and implement innovative and creative weekly marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing sales, viewership and engagement on our website and social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities to advance new and prospective client relationships.
- Oversee the company's social media presence, crafting engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to enhance engagement and grow our audience.
- Create engaging content and ensure it accurately represents our brand and targets achieving business women with knack for style and success.
- Utilize market research and analytics tools to gather insights about our audience's preferences and behaviors. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with influencers to amplify our reach and content distribution.
- Provide strategic guidance to create dynamic new product messaging, marketing materials, communications, and website enablement tools.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing and brand management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media and e-commerce platforms, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for brand development.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
