POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant’s role is to increase the effectiveness of Zocalo’s CEO and COO (the Executives) by providing information management support; representing the Executives to others; managing the CEO’s e-mail correspondence; conducting research; managing teams and projects for the CEO and managing the two Executives’ calendars. Ideally, the Executive Assistant can review and summarize contracts, agreements and proformas.

Working Conditions
This position is a full-time position that involves primarily work in the office; however, there may be times outside of the office that are needed for meetings, presentations, etc. There may be periods of extended work hours including, though limited, evenings and weekends.
