Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various insurance projects
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Previous insurance experience in an administrative or executive support role preferred
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
