JOB SUMMARY This position is hybrid to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK. Job Profile Summary Focus on executive compensation, equity design and administration, and financial analysis. Job plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our executive compensation and equity programs to ensure competitiveness, alignment with business objectives, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Design, develop, and administer executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and equity-based compensation. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure executive compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards and best practices. Partner with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, HR business partners, finance, legal, and external consultants, to develop and refine compensation strategies and policies. Partner with the VP of Total Rewards to help with the annual executive compensation review process, including performance, assessments, and compensation recommendations. Partner with board consultant and other stakeholders to deliver executive compensation committee materials. Work with internal stakeholders to produce human capital metrics for the executive compensation committee. Manage the administration of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance stock units (PSUs) including helping with design metrics. In partnership with other internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, related to executive compensation and equity compensation. Analyze and interpret compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the executive compensation committee. Qualifications: Help design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and incentive plans, to attract, retain and engage talent. Identify and participate in external compensation and benefit surveys; work with leader and team to analyze survey results, develop recommendations and present information to executive leadership. Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends and internal equity. Perform various research and analyses to determine market competitiveness of compensation programs and to ensure compliance with current legal regulations. Establish and maintain working relationships and actively participate in local, industry and national compensation groups. Identify potential roundtable discussion topics, gather internal data and share results as needed. Ensure incentive plans are executed based on established plan documents and work with legal to review and revise as needed. Collaborate with finance and accounting to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of exec compensation and equity plans. Understand compensation systems and processes for the following: Drive recommendations for enhancements to current systems (i.e. Workday, MarketPay and JDXpert). Review configuration changes, both required by system administrator and to enhance current functionality. Establish testing plans and coordinate efforts with team members and HRIS. Review potential new tools to determine potential for value add to the company and make recommendation to leader. Support Total Rewards functions in a variety of projects and initiatives. Provide guidance and direction to other team members. Education Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. Work Experience This role typically requires five or more years of direct compensation experience required in a publicly traded company or consulting firm. Experience using and configuring Workday, MarketPay and/or JDXpert is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of executive compensation principles, practices, and regulations, including SEC disclosure requirements, IRS rules, and corporate governance guidelines. Proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation using Excel or other analytical tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives, and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective compensation strategies and solutions. Strong analytical skills.
