Overview
Reports to: VP Consumer Lending Administration and Servicing
Functions Supervised: CL Operations Administration, CL Title Administration, CL Servicing, CL Recruiting, CL Account Support
Primary Functions: The oversight, management, development, and performance of Consumer Lending servicing functions included in the departments listed above.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight for departments performance and timely completion of assigned responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Consumer Lending department oversight of all general administrative functions to include proper security and control over all incoming negotiable items and titles, teller transactions, maintenance of assigned general ledgers, preparation of departmental board reports as assigned, accounts payable functions, procurement of supplies and fixed asset administration as assigned.
- Consumer Lending department oversight and coordination of recruiting functions to maintain consistency throughout the interview process to create a professional onboarding experience.
- Consumer Lending department oversight of credit reporting and disputes, discontinuance and suspension of services, department reporting, loan amendment processing and other tasks assigned to Account Support.
- Develop and implement processing procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Ensure the timely execution of the department business plan.
- Analyzes due diligence, operational issues and considerations in vendor contract enforcement and collaborates with key stakeholders to administer approval for new vendors or correction actions for existing vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management with advanced industry courses in consumer lending, including knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Ten years' experience in Consumer Lending and/or Administration with a minimum of six years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience/Skills: Must have at least ten years' experience in consumer lending industry with proven management ability and independent decision making. Must be self-motivated and resourceful and have a thorough understanding of consumer lending functions including knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. Must have a proven ability to hire and develop staff, evaluate difficult situations and exercise good judgment. Requires proven writing abilities as well as good verbal communications skills. Must have good human relations skills and a strong personality to effectively manage adverse situations routinely with the ability to resolve conflict and promote cooperation and positive morale. Remote work opportunities may be available at the discretion of the applicable manager.

Consumer Lending Servicing Manager (Category 05)
Salary Pay Range: $99,419 - $173,070 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
