Now we are looking to add an experienced ICS/OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager (Industrial Control Systems / Operational Technology).

Youre a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject Security at every level.

The Work

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, influence and execute on ICS/OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission critical environments. In this role, you will lead teams to assess, identify, and develop security solutions for OT environments. Responsibilities include helping clients access their security posture, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions. Assessments include security frameworks, existing security measures and alignment with best practices. In addition, youll have the chance to pursue the largest and most complicated opportunities to solve our clients OT security challenges. This includes complex solution architecture and client interfacing.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres What You Need

• Minimum 8 years experience assessing against standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.
• Minimum 8 years experience working with ICS technologies and/or environments on one or more of the following: SCADA, DCS, EMS, DMS, ADMS, PCN, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, etc.
• Minimum 8 years working with cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management in ICS environments, incident response and monitoring, etc.
• Minimum 8 years experience with common ICS protocols and technologies.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates degree must have minimum 6 years work experience). (Please note this role requires 8 years experience in specific areas above.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing consulting services to Fortune / Global 1000 clients and/or domain experience within relevant industry verticals such as Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.).
• Experience performing reverse engineering of embedded devices and/or industrial protocols.
• Experience designing, organizing, and executing security assessments and testing.
• Experience developing proposals, SOWs, and general content to support business capture.
• Experience managing teams and maintaining customer relationships.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
