We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Credit Collections Manager to join our growing team.
The Credit Collections Manager will be responsible for conducting credit investigations, evaluating and reviewing the credit worthiness of customers to minimize the organization’s credit risk, and recommending accounts for collections. This role will also manage the organization’s most complex, large, or difficult credit accounts, monitoring the status of credit and collection activities to identify problems as well as review, monitor, and collect outstanding freight issues. The Credit Collections Manager will also communicate DSO, Aging and other analysis as requested to upper management and auditors, providing a synopsis of potential credit risk and recommended action (ie. write off to bad debt, increase reserve, or try to collect, etc). Furthermore, the incumbent should be a member of the NGMC, a full-service industry trade group management organization specializing in credit, accounts receivable, and customer service/supply chain functions.
