Responsibilities :

• Supporting Sales Representatives with customer and product requirements as needed.
• Addressing product and service issues by researching situations, identifying alternative solutions, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Receiving purchase orders from customers via fax or electronically and entering them into the system. Ensuring customer satisfaction by building rapport with customers and collaborating with others to meet their needs.
• Handling phone calls and processing customer orders.
• Performing general clerical tasks, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and answering / screening phone calls and taking messages.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED.
• 1 year of Customer service experience
• Must have good Mathematical skills.
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have computer knowledge, MS office.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
