Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Supervise and manage the payroll process, including calculating wages, taxes, deductions, and other withholdings accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws governing payroll.
2. Tax Compliance:
- Coordinate and oversee all tax-related matters associated with payroll, such as payroll taxes, income taxes, and other tax filings.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
3. Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
4. Banking and Loans:
- Manage the company's banking relationships, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and reconciling accounts.
