Bid Content Executive

A leading law firm is seeking a Content Executive to join their Business Development team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role involves developing and managing work-winning content to ensure high-quality, efficient submissions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing all work-winning content in the proposal management and content solutions systems.
• Work with subject matter experts to update and develop high-quality, accurate content.
• Analyses RFPs to identify frequently asked questions for inclusion in the content system.
• Manages the content sign-off process with SMEs as part of a review cycle.
• Rewrite content into a consistent style for easy integration into client submissions.
• Ensures content is accurate, clear, compelling, client-focused, and jargon-free.
• Work with SMEs to schedule regular reviews to monitor content usage, identify gaps, and improve content.
• Work closely with the wider Proposals Team, and subject matter experts to support the firm’s strategic, sector, and client-specific plans.

Candidate:

• Experience in a proposals/bids role within the legal, professional services, or construction sector.
• Experience with proposal management/automation and content library software, and understanding of information architecture principles.
• Able to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
