The E-Commerce Shipping Associate will assist with all shipments of outgoing orders. Ensures all purchases are shipped, distributed, or received in a safe and efficient manner. We are looking for a hands-on individual who will lead by example while maintaining a safe and stabilized work environment. At times, may serve as a backup for other E-Commerce positions. Daily tasks include:

• Prepare items for shipping when payment has been received.
• Prepare shipping labels using shipping software
• Shipment of paid items is expected within two business days, and not to exceed five business days.
• Support control of all expenses associated with shipping and handling, including selection, purchase, and use of materials.

Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods.
• Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Must have the ability to regularly meet goals.
• Must demonstrate flexibility to support other roles in the department.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.  Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Experience

• 0-2 years relatable experience
• Computer skills required.
• Knowledge of collectibles antiques and web trends desired.
• Photography experience is helpful.
